Before you leave
[ ] Choose a familiar, accessible route.
[ ] Check the weather and available daylight.
[ ] Charge your phone or camera; clear a little storage.
[ ] Bring water and wear comfortable shoes.

Five things to look for
[ ] One change in the light.
[ ] One interesting edge or shadow.
[ ] One repeating colour.
[ ] One small detail and one wider view.
[ ] One place worth returning to.

Pause before taking a picture. Notice the frame's edges.
Respect private spaces and ask before photographing people closely.

When you return
[ ] Choose five pictures without deleting the originals.
[ ] Name the folder with a date and a few useful words.
[ ] Write one sentence about why you kept each picture.
